The waY Southwards ;-)

..... the more adequar describtion of the tour ;-)
IN first Order for my BiG LoVe EvA... enjoy iT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The journey to the southern Islands should be started by a Trip with the train from the BKK-MainTrain Station „Hua Lamphon“ in the 2^nd Class to the southern City „Surathani“, which is the capitoL of the Provinces – like the Automias or Bundeslaender ...

So we took the train at 22:50 and the Arrive to Surathani was planned for 08:00 in the morning ..

It was like in an Airplane, they offered Blankets for the cold (caused by the AirCon) and food before sleeping and a coffee in the morning (added by an undefinied bakery – but it was ok)
I’m now at a LeveL of oopinion, where i try aLL to find out what’s possible to eat and what is not :-)

When we arrived at the Ferry to KohSamui we decided to trust the heading sentence

„Bon Voyage“ and entered the ferry.

The way through KohSamui was calm and reLaxed.. the ferry took a long time but was
"piss-cheap"..

The security-standard on board, would have been a real challenge and endless Job for everyADAC Ferry-Tester ..
he would have gone MAD..

the scale to vote it from 1 (best) to 5 (worst) would have been broken to 10 or 12 :-)
But no matter, not aLL has to be over-regulated as in Germany and i could trust in my swimming-SkiLLz ....

I was really more impatient to see my first ThaiLand-IsLanD...

The arrivaL was very typicaL. All the LocaL people were standing at the peer and tried to offer something,
in first order Trips to Hotels and Bungalows they are related to in any way...

The trading about the price took a little more time than usuaL (the guy was hard as a rock),
but I managed an adequar price to the Lamei-Beach.

There we walked the Beach and looked for a Bungalow that was in our Range of money and not the last SH***.

And i think i was succefuL with my choose (in both ways ;-)

After the first night we changed the BungaLow more near to the Beach and reLaxed this day..

In the evenings i prefered to stay on the terrassa of our BungaLow

(what made the Mosquitos very glad, 'cause They LoVed my Blood and stiched my skin whenever it was possible!).

The City of Lamei Beach was very „Red-Light-infected“ and everywhere you were walking, they called „Helllooooo – you want Love ?!“
Sure that "kind of Love" including all infections and deseases you can imagine, is what i’m searching for here in Paradise ...

The next day we moved our ass (which was really difficult in this hot and wet atmo,
and went to one of the WaterFaLLs, that is existing on KohSamui. GREAT !!!

... The way up was really no Fun, but the View upstairs
and the fresh SweetWaterFaLL was an adequar Payment for the investment (to speak economically ;-O).

Because i'm here for study Economics ...

what i sometimes forget and have to remember,
but the RealiTy will grabb me next week (2nd of September),
when i will have the first lessons start next week and i have 5 subjects, which i voted yesterday (29.08.06) ....

The next morning i was fortunately woken up by some noise and went out of the BungaLow and the morning Sun was just in the beginning to rise ....

So i had one of my most beautifuL Sunrises EVER !!

This day we wanted to change the Island and so we went by an open Taxi, which you can order directly in the "Drive by" on the street, to the Buddha Peer, where it’s possible to take the next ferry to KohPhanGan (see the card on the top!).
KohPhanGan is World famous for the FuLLMoonParties, which i will visit too in one of the following FullMoon Nights .. ,-)

But this is another Chapter in the Book of the TraveLLer.. . ..

I follwed the Hints and advices of “Tricky-Tim“ and “Smart-Bart“ and decided for me to go to the LeeLa Beach... My commilitone had to follow... always studying her Traveller book.. They said to stay at HaadRinBay ... :-)

So the hints of my Friends, were really good, because it was away from the Party-Tourists and really calm.

The beach was not the best, because of the flat Corals underwater, but nice to look from the Sand ... and what i searched at the end.

Here we had another really relaXed Day and a calm evening at the beach ...

The calm and relax stopped suddenly in the morning after the wakeUP

(((( the promised Story about the spider (in the first creation of this post _so go down_ – the people who look here from time to time wiLL know...

. . . . . After a night of quite good sleep i got up in the morning and wanted to grap my cigarettes from the table... There was standing a mirror, leaning to the wall... when i took it the spider must have felt it and moved quickly to the waLL... it was a spider with a radius of a CD (included the legs !!!!)

It was lightly brown or beige and VERY Fast !!!! it hided itself in a space between Window and Wall....
I woke up Verena (my female study Collega) or she was already awake and moved to the terrassa and told her to keep an eye on this F***inG spider...
By the way i never saw her to be awake and get up so fast.... ;-)
I went to the reception (a wooden desk) and asked what to do (in case that it could be agressive or poisonable!!)

They smiled and said “OK this is a job for SpiderMan“ .... 1 minute later an about 20 years old boy arrived with a wooden stick in his hand, we entered together the bungalow and Verena (who moved to the terrassa to watch the scene with the adequar distance) ... verified that the spider is still in the same place !
The boy came only in the corner with his stick and the spider MOVED !!!
More fast than i could imagine before ... The “SpiderMan“ tried to hit it with his stick, but it was too fast !
(i get now still a goosepimple, whenn i think about it again...)

I grapped the Chemical Spray against Cockroaches and showed it to him ... He smiled, took it and sprayed...sprayed... trying to hit the moving Spider ..
The spider got more slow and on the ground he gave him the last dosis, to be sure to finish the work..
OK, like this i could solve the problem too... ;-) But i was happy that he made it, Really...
One minute later the Chemicals made their work and the spider didn’t move anymore... uuuufffffff ...!!!!

What a wake up... my Heart was beating more than enough, that i didn’t need a coffee this morning...
My first ReaL spider in ThaiLanD ..... i could continue my time here without a 2^nd one ....

Be sure for that !!!!!!!!

The day we arranged relaxed at the beach, with shakes of fresh fruits and the good food of the Ladys in the Kitchen... of LeeLa Beach
Seafood with rice... fried chicken pieces (a greeting to the bird desease....) it was one of the best food i ever had in Thailand until now !!!

Verena made a little tour alone .. Respect ...
In the evening we went together to Haad Rin ... to the beach ...

THE beach for the Partys ... More or less i had the feeling of a changed Mallorca, only with alternative people and good music-.... (Funk, HipHop and starting from Techno to Goa-Vibes)

and a fire Show of the LocaL people .... FETT !!!

and an impressing coordination !

... incredible ....

but it was funny ... sourrounded with more or less good music ..;-)

The next morning waking up

with an headache and a brain like an empty bucket,

i caught some more Impressions

of LeeLaBeach..

Later, after a smaLL breakfast for the 'damaged body' (by the Buckets of SangSom-Whiskey) we left to the peer/harbour in ThongSala (in the south of KohPhanGan), where we should meet the other two students of Mainz university..
They had of course a Motorbike, what was not possible with Verena (my female Comilitone... although she was driving for 3 or more years a 125 ccm in Germany !!! "๒@๑่ำ&ำ*ย้ไ"

it was really absolutely impossible to convince her to rent one with me...
She could have drive it .. no Problem, cause i don't like it too, to be addicted to the driver ....
But No, .. no .., no.... !!
Ok i accept every opinion, and i had my chance to take a bike some days later...

But this and the rest of the little Trip southwards i wiLL write tomorrow in the night :-)

Ko Samui

HoLa mi Gente... (Homeboys.. or my people ...)

I'm a little "cutted" in my possibilities to create the posts and News in the adequar way, the reason is the ThaiLanD Internet connection of the Islands.. They are working over the Satellite System and sometimes it brakes down suddenly, without information before ;-)
That's why i write the story, the informations and aLL I experienced ... later, when i will be back in Bangkok. So, until this time, you have to be satisfied with this pictures, i try to post up noW!!
I think it's possible to enjoy without Text ... ;-)
